THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Group Tax Department, you will work in the Transfer Pricing department and be responsible for transfer pricing compliance for the Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role will focus on the following 3 areas:

Transfer Pricing Compliance - Group:

o Tax CbCR and anticipation of business developments and tools specific to public CbCR

o Updating the Group Masterfile

o Updating Group benchmarking studies

o Implementation of intra-group contract models, in coordination with the Group's legal teams

Transfer pricing compliance - French obligations:

o Preparation and filing of 2257 tax returns for French companies, with the support of the Group's accountants

o Updating the Local Files of French companies (monitoring related companies, mapping flows, conducting functional analysis interviews, etc.)

Network assistance:

o Assistance in preparing and updating transfer pricing documentation for the Group's foreign subsidiaries

o Setting up transfer pricing monitoring tools on changes in legislation worldwide, in connection with action 13

o Monitoring the network's TP compliance KPIs, in coordination with our dedicated centre of excellence

Joining us will enable you to work with a young and dynamic team, to participate in its development, and to interact constantly with the entire Group network.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

With a Master's degree in Accounting/Economics/Management/Taxation (ideally from a Business School), you have at least 3 years' significant experience in Transfer Pricing gained in a law firm or finance department.

Experience in a position with a strong accounting component would be a plus.

Thoroughness: methodical and organised

Proactivity and willingness to understand operational issues

Sense of teamwork

Ability to communicate, listen and provide advice

Ability to analyse and summarise, very good writing skills

Fluency in English is essential, given the international context

Good command of Excel
