Project Management Officer Procurement

THE ROLE

Define, implement and follow-up the project methodology and overall governance that will be used to drive and control the procurement performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations

Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality and procurement best practices

Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis

Implement and follow up:

a governance model

the Projects various planning's regularly

the Procurement activites for vendor management, new build activities and fleet operations

the key performance Indicators with the segment purchaser/procurement manager

Organize and follow-up the Projects activities (dedicated checklists, specific projects follow-up files, planning...)

Identify and implement a risk management methodology

Issue periodical reporting & minutes of meeting

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

Graduated from a Master's degree

3 years as a Project Management Officer, ideally in procurement or supply chain, within an international context

Competencies on Powerpoint and Excel, especially for pivot tables and V look up

Good communication skills, team spirit

English is mandatory, a good level of French will be highly appreciated
