THE ROLE :

As part of a team of 7 management controllers in charge of CMA CGM's ship operating costs, you will assist the business control manager on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

You will take part in monthly closings and the preparation of consolidated results.

When drawing up the monthly business reviews submitted to management, you will take part in variance analyses for the various ship fleets.

At the same time, you help to improve the quality of the analyses produced.

As part of the simplification and optimization of management tools, you will help set up new management charts.

In addition, as part of the implementation of internal controls, you will contribute to the drafting of procedures relating to the department's activities.

Depending on requirements, you may be asked to take part in various projects in collaboration with accounting, finance management or operational staff.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

With a degree in finance (Bac+5), you have ideally completed internships in an operational management control department.

You have a good command of advanced Excel functions. Ideally, you are familiar with PowerQuery and PowerBI.

You're not afraid of handling databases.

Your English is fluent, so you'll be able to follow and lead meetings as well as produce written analyses.

You have an appetite for analysis, understanding and helping to steer the business, so you can be a real business partner.

You are dynamic, curious, organized, determined and structured.
