THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of the Global Experience Network "GEN" Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensuring and developing the Group's performance management (analysis of operating costs):
Establish the monthly consolidated report of the Agencies and Regional Offices under the responsibility of GEN.
Analysing performance indicators and their changes in order to provide guidance to Management
Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments (Finance Department and Global Experience Network Department)
Implementing new cost monitoring KPIs
Participating in the implementation of the budget and budget revisions
2. Working closely with the Finance teams based in the Regions:
Extend the analyses produced at the Head Office to each region
Analysing and checking the information obtained from the analyses
Contribute to and work on simplifying processes and digitising reporting
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 4 years' experience in a similar position
Accounting experience
Excellent command of IT tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Think cell, Qliksense, Onestream, sharepoint,...
Good level of English
Rigorous, organised, dynamic and autonomous
