yacht crew in the efficient operation of the yacht.
At times our expertise and thorough understanding of the
maritime industry was required by our Sales Brokers, Crew
placement and Charter teams. Our management services varied
from the simple payment of invoices, to a full management
service which covers all financial work, administration, technical,
crew and statutory management such as ISM and ISPS. The
overriding principle was to achieve the safe, secure, compliant
and commercially efficient operation of the client's yacht -
whether the yacht was operating commercially or privately.

As Technical Superintendent i had the responsibility for the
operation of Dive support vessels as a member of the team
operating to all procedures and international ship management
practices. Absolute regard to safety of life at sea and protection of
the environment was of the utmost importance at all times. I was
responsible for planning, controlling and execution of all activities
connected with budget, maintenance, repairs, survey and
certificate requirements, drydocking, conversion or modification of
DSV's.

Mainly dedicated to vessels in service, my primary function was to
examine and report on vessels and other marine structures in
service relative to compliance with the applicable requirements for

related to Safety of Life at Sea, Loadline, Tonnage, Cargo Gear, and
Pollution Prevention certification.
