• In charge of daily running of the Marine Coordination office. • Monitoring and coordinating vessel traffic, personnel and materials to and from the offshore site. • Review and approval of vessel check list and other certificates. • Performing offshore site induction, management of personnel tracking and operating the vessel coordination system. • Creation and distribution of daily vessel manifests, checking offshore personnel's certification and approving for site, updating log and reports. • Being point of contact for the wind farm in relation to the project's emergency situations • Issuing notices to mariners. • Attending daily meetings with participation of all relevant parties and subsequently issuing a Marine Coordination Daily Meeting Report. • Coordination of all CTVs look ahead (bunker, transfer, access to mooring buoy, speed restrictions and passage plan review). • Maintaining awareness of and ensuring conformity with all relevant statutory and Company directives and rules. • Acting as Substitute for the Lead Marine Coordinator whenever necessary. • Being the focal point of contact for issues with the different IT tools (e.g. Lautec, ToolKitX) used in the project and providing general IT support for the tools. • Sending documents for review and acceptance by the project using the document control system. • Support and coordinate ERP and safety offshore site with communications to shore/vessels, paramedic, Accommodation vessel captain and Marine Coordination.

* Decides on crude oil distribution between tanks, draws up of loading and offloading plans (including pumps
and valves to be used).
* Carries out trim and stability calculations and maintains appropriate records on board.
* In charge of Crude Oil Washing operations and planning, including recording of sediments deposit.
* Assists the Control Room "production operators" for offloading, metering, inert gas operations and export
tanker interfaces.
* Responsible for recording/calculation: vessel Experience Factor, statistics, tank gauging, offloading data,
And metering accuracy.
* In charge of slop water management according to MARPOL regulations and the fills up the Oil Record
book part 2 only, under delegation of the Marine Operation Superintendent.
