Create and set-up the Zourite’s safety management system (ISM Code).
Analyze accident reports and hazardous situations.
Lead the annual management review.
Create, monitor, and analyze the company’s KPI dashboard.
Follow-up the LSA’s and FiFi’s equipment annual survey.
Lead onboard the project’s vessels ISM audits (Zourite, crew boats, multicat).
