• Initiate technical optimization and improvement
• Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve technical issues
• Specify test procedures and verify test results
• Implement project quality control (QC), e.g., Welds, NDT, coatings, calibration, pressure testing, positive material identification and traceability
• Manage subcontractors worldwide to ensure interface compatibility, integrity, schedule and cost compliance
• Lead design reviews with EPICs and oil majors and represent BMT at project kick-off meetings, HAZIDs and HAZOPs
• Hands-on system SITs and Installation and Commissioning (GOM, West Africa and Asia), onshore and offshore
• Control costs and ensure that the project/package is delivered on time and within budget
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates and schedules
• Provide status reports and short & long-term projections to clients and internal senior management
