Colombian's company (owning 5 floating cranes).
Further a proposal for a new organization in this company to the Board of Louis Dreyfus, I was in charge to set up this one during the year 2006, with the necessary local employments (more than 120 workers and supervisors, human resources and QHSE).
In charge of the company for all commercial issues, relation with our clients, human resources, QHSE's issues, cost controls and priorities in investments.
Within two years, the quantity of coal loaded went from 2,5MT to 7,0MT by the end of 2006 and a target of 12MT was reached in 2010.
In 2008, in charge to negotiate with Workers's Union the new convention.
Meantime was implemented a new Human Resources Dept. and Health and Safety Dept. according with Colombian's Laws.

After the buying of this barge in 2005, in charge to upgrade the barge to comply with LDA's standards. Present to all float-in and float-off operations as Owner's representative.
