I managed and I leaded the installation and the commissioning activities for the pod propulsion on sites in Russia and in Korea.
I managed the redaction of the technical documentation (installation procedure and OM&M) for the pod and auxiliaries.
I was also mechanical lead engineer, in design phase, for a project of 2 test benches for routine and type tests of the pods.
I was in charge to manage the design, the manufacturing, the erection and the commissioning of test benches.

# For a new project of marine pod propulsion 7,5MW.
I was in charge of the development of the qualification plan for systems. I managed the actions of qualification from makers
and suppliers determined from FMEA and RETEX.
In charge of the redaction of the documentation (procedures + drawings) for the installation of the pod propulsion and of the
equipment inside the vessel. I managed the specification and the procurement of the specific tools.
In charge of the redaction of the OM&M of the pod and auxiliaries.
# For delivered projects of marine pod propulsion 2,5MW.
Service technical leader in charge of the retrofit, the re-engineering of the unreliable systems and the resolution of the
warranty claims of the pod product.
I leaded RCAs, factory qualification tests, parts inspection, failure analysis, fatigue strength assessment, sourcing and
manufacturing of new systems and structural parts.
I managed and participated at the retrofit and corrective actions operations on site (drydocks and trials). I wrote work
instructions and acceptance tests procedure.
In charge of the reworking of the customer documentation such as OM&M and installation procedures and checklists.

structural parts.
In charge of pod outboard and inboard sub-systems installation procedure in the vessel.
In charge of the qualification, tests plan and the FAT procedures for the pods assembly.
