- managing technical installation aspects (including UneXplosed Ordnance -UXO- topic), organizing vessel bunkering philosophy to minimise costs according to endurance calculation,
- in charge of all operational permits and notifications to allow vessels to lay cable inside Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) and Territorial Waters (TS),

- planning mobilisation and demobilisation of vessel, including cable spooling from factory or freighters.

- checking vessel weather or mechanical stand by, potential claim to third party companies in BIMCO contracts.

Several different scope of works performed, for different client (ENI, Total, Exxon, Chevron) in different country ( Egypt, Angola, Congo, Nigeria) as:
- flexible jumpers installation from reel, umbilicals transpooling and installation from reel and carousel,
- deepsea structure liftings & installations: Suction Piles, Module, Manifolds, Wet Parking Frames, mudmats, crossings, sleepers. Coordinator of internal interface with Technip India (15 engineers) performing installation procedures, drafting &
installation analysis. Responsible of installation documents issued by Technip India (5 engineers),
- tenders: issuing Installation Method Statement, Time Estimate, Equipment Databook and Transportation Plan for structures, - hook-up lifts of 100mT Deck Extensions (3 layers decks) including site survey,
- deepwater offloading system: Oil offLoading Line (OLL), Floating Hoses, Mooring Hawsers, Spools Installation.
In charge of interface, rigging requisitions, rigging design report, risk assessment (HIRA) report, transpooling procedure, installation procedure, tie-in procedure, installation aids & equipment databook.
Several onshore and offshore campaigns performed on different yards and different vessels (including tasks plans, check lists, task completion certificate, CPY Rep & MWS meeting).
