Job's Dimension:
* Supervision of two (2) vessels for subsea works.
* Deepwater IMR activities (1,400m average) through use of FSV vessel's crane.
* High volumes of work related to the development & maintenance& inspection of Total E&P Angola
(TEPA) Block 17 field mainly (DALIA, ROSA, GIR, and PZF).
* Annual budget of ITV/SUB FSV/MSV Vessels: 40 MUSD approx.
* Interfaces with various internal and external entities of Total E&P Angola

HSE
* Active participation in the preparation and analysis of the work (RLO, ARO, ADC, etc.) while
maintaining TOTAL Group's HSE rules.
* Ensure that the HSE rules are respected by giving example and professionalism. Reports of all
anomalies.

* Ensure that the implementation of health, environment and safety policy is undertaken by all
subcontractors on board the vessels.
* Report anomalies, near misses, incident, dangerous occurrences and other information to the
Safety Department.
* Participate to the application and follow up of the HSE actions.
* Ensure the validity of HSE certificates of all personnel at Site (Medical Certificate, BST, HUET,
etc.).

As Superintendent
* Coordinate the different corporations involved in the achievement of the subsea works. ie,
Logistic, Marine, ROV, Survey, SPS technicians, as well as any other specialists required for
specific interventions. Manage Total E&P Angola personnel onboard vessels, ensure team spirit,
cohesion and complete understanding of the role of each individual offshore. Liaise with
Contractors with regards to the latter.
* Organize FSV & MSV activities' planning (Primavera 6.2) in accordance with Construction Dpt,
Drilling Dpt, Subsea exploitation, FPSO and Project.
* Submit Monthly report imputation of all FSV & MSV activities.
* Liaise daily with the vessels' Offshore Manager. Maintain records of progress and provide updated
status information to planning coordinator.
* Interface with all specific queries from Total E&P Angola specialists. Main matters of concern
are Safety, QA, Survey, ROV, Marine and Subsea (manned or unmanned) operations
* Organize the FSV & MSV logistics in coordination with the onshore base and the field logistical
support
* Ensure that all operational activities undertaken comply with relevant Total E&P Angola
directives and are in accordance with safety rules, safety memos and operational manuals.
* Guarantee good performance of the activities in compliance with the operational procedures and
project documentation approved by Total E&P Angola.
* Control and approve procedures and task plans in consultation with all involved.
* Control report and feed-back dossier to document the works concluded.
* Organize planning of FSV personnel and liaise with all Logistics' contracting companies involved.
* Check and pre-valid all invoices relative to the FSV.
* Submit annual provisional and revised FSV & MSV budgets in accordance with the cost control
department.
* Check and pre-valid invoices relative to the contracted personnel on board FSV.
* Verify that the services performed by the contractors comply with the terms and conditions set
out in the contracts.
* Check and approve Total E&P Angola and contractors supplied equipment necessary for the execution
of the works.
* Manage Vessels' contract under his responsibility, liaise with vessel owners for all contractual
and costs matters.
* Act as Total E&P Angola Diving Competent Person.

Transport Logistic Superintendent
* Organize and supervise all Transport logistics operations onshore for spread of up to Drilling
rigs / 2 FPSO / 2 Flotels / 21 Vessels/ 2 Surfers (90 seats) / 1 Tanker for MGO in compliance
with the operational procedures and project documentation approved by TOTAL E&P ANGOLA.
* Supervise and follow transport movements including monitoring the CCU certification, & MGO / FW
bunkering.
* Supervise a Logistic Team of 17 employees.
* Assist the head of Logistic Transport department in various tasks (implementation of TEPA
Heliport).
