and the love of the Ocean, I took part in a scientific expedition on the 19th century refitted Chinese junk 'La Boudeuse'
(1999, Mentawai Archipelo, Indonesia). Following that, I got recruited to work within the pilotage team of Calais Harbour,
maintaining the fleet at all time. The opportunity to be introduced to Yachting came in 2003, while living in the Caribbean.
My professional background is defined by a broad perspective of Maritime Engineering, and I take advantage of this to
constantly develop and extend my skills and knowledge across the whole spectrum of ship-board systems.
