WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

To ensure that customer requests are transmitted to the operation in the best possible way.

Perform all the relevant order processing, order management, including order acknowledgement and order confirmation for the customer using available tools/systems,

Preparing the necessary customer reports.

Launch projects related to customer requests.

To ensure the preparation of the customers vehicle waybills and necessary documents

To ensure healthy coordination with the transportation company and the customer in order to ensure the healthy operation of all vehicle deliveries.

To have the vehicles that will be returned to the dealer ready at the dealers and to be in contact with the shipper company that will pick up the vehicle.

To be assigned as
Customer Representative
in Finished Vehicle Logistics Operations Department, located in Gölcük/İzmit-Kocaeli

Graduated from related departments of universities,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Strong planning and organizational skills,

Problem solving approach with the ability to provide agile and innovative solutions
